Accessibility Statement
Under the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013
This is a translation provided for convenience. The binding text is the Hebrew original, published at clickincorfu.co.il/accessibility. Where the two differ, the Hebrew governs.
If you meet a barrier on the site or in the service, please contact our accessibility officer: Nehoray Azoulay · +972-50-334-3101 · info@clickineurope.com.
The Company acknowledges every report within two (2) business days and resolves it within sixty (60) days at the outside, and in the meantime gives you another way to obtain the service.
Chapter OneOur commitment
Europe in Click Ltd treats accessible service as both a value and an obligation, and works to make its websites and services usable by people with disabilities, in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 and the regulations made under it.
Responsibility for the accessibility of the site rests with the Company as its owner. We do not treat it as a technical matter for an outside supplier.
Accessibility work is continuous. This statement is updated with every further adjustment made and every fault found.
Chapter TwoThe standard we work to
The site is being made accessible in line with Israeli Standard 5568, "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines", at level AA.
Because the Company also serves an international audience, it works to bring the site in line with the European standard EN 301 549 and with WCAG 2.2 at level AA.
The site is tested in current versions of the common browsers, on desktop and on mobile devices.
Chapter ThreeWhere the work stands
On 27 August 2026 the Company carried out a self-assessment of the site's accessibility, through its own accessibility officer. It covered the core components of the site and the booking funnel against the standard.
The Company states plainly that this work is under way and is not finished. This statement is published as a matter of full disclosure, rather than as a claim to adjustments that have not yet been made.
The items below are the targets of the accessibility plan, and each will be tested and signed off one by one. Every item confirmed as done will be marked as such in the next update of this statement, and every item still outstanding appears in Chapter Four below with a target date:
Full keyboard navigation across the site, including the booking funnel, with a clear and visible focus indicator;
Screen-reader compatibility, including a proper heading hierarchy, alternative text for images, and correctly labelled forms and buttons;
Colour contrast meeting the standard, in text and in interface elements;
Text enlargement to 200% without loss of content or function;
Form error messages written in words, saying what to correct, and never relying on colour alone;
Correct semantic structure and marked navigation regions, including a skip-to-content link;
No flashing content capable of triggering a seizure, and no media that plays sound automatically;
Respect for the reduced-motion preference set in the operating system;
Booking documents and vouchers sent in a format a screen reader can read.
Until the work is complete, the Company keeps open the alternative channels set out in Chapter Five below, through which anything that can be done on the site can also be done: making a booking, changing it, cancelling it and making a complaint.
This statement will be updated as each item is completed, and in any event no later than the next periodic review named in Chapter Eight below.
Chapter FourWhat is not yet fully accessible
Despite our efforts, parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. The Company names them rather than hiding them.
Known at the date of this statement:
the items listed in clause 3.3 above that have not yet been signed off as done. Target date for completion: 27 February 2027. As each is confirmed, this chapter and clause 3.3 are updated;
content embedded from third parties, such as maps, video players and supplier booking interfaces, is not fully within the Company's control. Where that is so, the Company offers another way to get the same information or complete the same action.
If you meet something not listed above, please tell us. Every report is acted on and recorded, and this statement is updated accordingly.
Chapter FiveAccessibility beyond the website
Alternative channels. Anything that can be done on the site can also be done by telephone on +972-55-720-0440 or by email to info@clickincorfu.co.il, including making a booking, changing it, cancelling it and making a complaint.
Documents in an accessible format. The Company will send any booking document in an accessible format on request.
Individual adjustments. If you need something the existing channels do not provide, please contact the accessibility officer and the Company will consider an individual adjustment.
Chapter SixAccessibility at suppliers in the destination
The services themselves — accommodation, vessels, vehicles and places to visit — are provided by independent suppliers in the destination and are governed by the accessibility law of those countries. The level of accessibility there is not within the Company's control and is not necessarily the same as in Israel.
The Company undertakes: if you tell us about an accessibility need before booking, we will check it with the supplier and give you their answer in writing before you pay. If the supplier does not confirm the adjustment, we will say so plainly and will not make the booking on the assumption that it will be possible.
Information about the accessibility of a service, so far as the supplier has given it to us, appears in the transaction details provided to you before payment.
